How we handle personal information on hybridvalley.com. Last updated 6 September 2026.
HybridValley is a technology consulting and managed services firm with its North American office at 120 St James Ave, Boston, MA 02116, United States, and operations serving Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. For anything in this policy, contact us at .
This policy applies to the hybridvalley.com website. It does not cover personal data we process on behalf of clients under a services agreement. In those engagements the client is the data controller and their own agreement with us governs how the data is handled.
Our hosting provider records standard server and content delivery network logs, which include your IP address, browser user agent, the pages requested, and timestamps. We also hold IP addresses briefly in memory to rate limit our API endpoints and block abusive traffic.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or profiling tools on this site.
HybridValley does not set tracking or advertising cookies on this website. The only thing we store in your browser is a local storage entry namedhv-cookie-consent, which records whether you accepted or declined the notice banner so that we do not show it again. It contains no identifier and is never sent to our servers.
Google reCAPTCHA, described below, may set its own cookies and read browser storage under Google's control. Clearing your browser storage removes our banner preference and the banner will reappear.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, arrange and hold the conversation you asked for, keep a record of our correspondence, and protect the site from spam and abuse. Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and securing our services, and on steps taken at your request before entering a contract. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it at any time.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and to maintain a record of our business relationship, after which it is deleted in the ordinary course. Server and CDN logs are retained on a short rolling basis. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. California residents have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise any of these, email and we will respond within the time the law allows. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
We are a United States company and this site is hosted in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred there and handled under this policy.
We serve this site over HTTPS with strict transport security, apply a content security policy, rate limit our API endpoints, and restrict access to the mailboxes that receive enquiries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information, credentials, or confidential client data through the contact form.
This is a business to business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date shown at the top. Material changes will be made clear on the page.
