Where UniFi Fits, and Where It Does Not

We are a Ubiquiti installer, but we will tell you when UniFi is the wrong answer. It is a strong fit for most offices, campuses, hospitality, retail, and light industrial sites. It is a weaker fit where you need vendor-backed SLAs on hardware replacement, deep NAC integration, or carrier-grade routing, and we will say so during the survey rather than after the invoice.
